How do I create a Gold Star Maids Account?

Fill out the information on the Booking Page. Once you fill out your information, you’ll receive an email where you can create your account.

Do you service my area?

We serve Hendersonville and Gallatin, Metro Nashville, Murfreesboro, Smyrna, all the way over to Franklin, Brentwood, and Thompson’s Station.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

A standard cleaning includes:

Vacuuming

Dusting

Cleaning the bathrooms

Changing bedding

Dusting blinds and ceiling fans

Cleaning window ledges

Dusting the baseboards

and cleaning the kitchen.

How much will it cost?

Our services are based  on square footage. The form on the booking page will show an estimate.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

Yes. We provide all cleaning supplies unless you want something other than what we normally use. Just let us know in advance if you have any special requests.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

Yes. Just call us or you can choose from a list of extras on the website.

How do I log into my account?

There is a Sign In button at the bottom of the website. Click there and you’ll be asked to sign in.

How do I change my password?

Log in to your account and choose “Forgot Password”. You’ll be prompted to change the password.

How do I change my address?

Log in to your account. In your portal, there is a way to change your address and all your other personal information.

How do I change my credit card?

Just log in to your account. There is a space to change your payment info.

How do I book my first appointment?

Just fill out the form on the booking page. We’ll call to confirm your appointment.

Pricing & Policies

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment. You can not apply your coupon to past appointment that are already completed.

Trust & Safety

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Of course. They are background checked and undergo Perfect Maintenance Training (PMC).

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Give us a call and we’ll fix it within 24 hours. We’ve never had a major issue before, so this is rare.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

We use Stripe to secure your payment information. They are an industry leader and trusted by thousands.

Do the cleaning professionals go through a background check?

Absolutely! We use an industry standard company, C4 Operations, to conduct background checks on all our technicians.

What is your 100% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you notice something that needs to be addressed, we ask that you give us 24 hours to come back out to remedy it. If there is still a problem, we will offer a refund.

What is your refund policy?

If you notice an issue, we ask that you give us 24 hours to come back out and fix it. If there is still an issue, we will refund your money.
